Chikungunya in Mayotte
As of 25 May 2025, a total of 560 cases of chikungunya have been reported on the island since the start of 2025. On 27 May 2025, Mayotte increased its arbovirus alert and response level to level 3 (out of 5) to reflect intense and widespread transmission on the island.
